Core Architecture Principle: We build purpose-built software that runs where you work. We do not monetize, scrape, sell, or profile the sensitive operational data created inside your business.

2. Customer Operational Data Ownership

When your organization utilizes ORYX applications:

• Healthcare & Patient Records: Patient diagnoses, medical histories, and prescription notes created inside ORYX HMS or ORYX Vet remain under your exclusive custody.
• Legal & Advisory Matters: Case notes, client consultations, and confidential court briefs created in ORYX Legal or ORYX CA are accessible only to your authorized staff.
• Documents & Neural Translations: Scanned PDFs, citizen circulars, and Indic language documents processed via ORYX Convey Bharat are computed locally on your device CPU or internal server without external cloud transmission.
• Visitor Lobby Records: Visitor sign-in names, phone numbers, and badges in ORYX Reception remain stored securely within your organization’s database.

3. Information We Collect Automatically on the Website

When you browse our public website or submit an inquiry:

• Inquiry & Demo Information: Name, professional email address, phone number, organization name, and message details submitted via our contact or demo booking forms.
• Standard Web Telemetry: Anonymized HTTP logs, browser user-agent, operating system, and page views for site performance optimization. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

4. Local LAN & Air-Gapped Deployments

For institutions requiring strict data isolation—including hospitals, government offices, defense contractors, and financial auditors—ORYX supports fully air-gapped, on-premise execution. In air-gapped mode, our software functions entirely without internet access.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Statutory Compliance

We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data. We disclose information only:

• Where required by valid court order or applicable statutory Indian regulations.
• To verified infrastructure providers (e.g. transactional email relays or SMS gateways) operating under strict non-disclosure obligations to deliver your notifications.

6. Data Retention, Portability & Right to Erasure

You maintain 100% portability of your data. You may export your patient directories, client files, and invoices into open standard formats (CSV, PDF) at any time. Upon contract termination, you may request permanent deletion of any hosted account records.
